Up until today Austin’s Atmosphere intended a national scope for providing service. From weather consulting, website design and software development, the original idea was to attract a broad customer base. The nature of the services provided makes that concept reasonable. Using the internet all work and collaboration can be accomplished remotely without the need for in-person meetings.
That being said, over the past year it has become evident that the highest quality customer experience comes from doing business locally, even if the nature of the services does not necessitate person to-person interaction. It is for that reason that Austin’s Atmosphere has decided to narrow the scope of the service area. The business is physically located in New York’s Hudson Valley and I feel it is appropriate to focus my energy on the local community rather than trying to overreach and spread the effort over too wide of an area.
By applying my attention primarily to the Northeast and the Tri-state area (CT NY NJ) it is my goal to be of more value to the people in my own community. This is not to say I would deny services to people outside my service area. Any client is more than welcome no matter where you are from. Simply put, I am just turning my focus inward to my local community.
