Hourly Service Rate Policy

1. Purpose: This policy outlines the hourly rate structure for both standard and rushed jobs, to ensure transparency, efficient project management, and timely delivery of services to our clients.

2. Definitions:

  • “Standard Hours” are defined as 2 hours per day (excluding Saturdays).
  • “Hourly Rates” are the fees associated with labor for both standard and rushed jobs.

3. Hourly Rate Structure: Our hourly rate structure for both standard and rushed jobs, is as follows:

a. Standard Jobs: For jobs that require up to an average of 2 hours per day (excluding Saturdays), the hourly rate is $150/hr (unless a lower hourly rate is applicable as part of a maintenance plan or other agreement).

b. Rushed Jobs: If a job requires more than an average of 2 hours per day (excluding Saturdays) to finish by the client’s required deadline, the hourly rate is $175/hr.

c. If a rushed job requires more than an average of 4 hours per day (excluding Saturdays) to finish by the client’s required deadline, the hourly rate is $200/hr.

d. If a rushed job requires an average of more than 6 hours per day (excluding Saturdays) to finish by the client’s required deadline, the hourly rate is $225/hr.

e. Any job that requires an average of more than 8 hours per day (excluding Saturdays) to finish by the client’s required deadline is billed at an hourly rate of $250/hr.

f. Discounted hourly rates do not apply to rushed jobs. If a client is entitled to a lower hourly rate for Standard Jobs, but the work requires an average of more than 2 hours per day (excluding Saturdays) to finish by the client’s required deadline, then the rushed job hourly rate shall apply basis sections 3b, 3c, 3d and 3e above and the discounted hourly rate is no longer applicable.

4. Client Agreement: The client must agree to the hourly rate applicable to their project, including whether it’s a standard or rushed job, before work commences. This agreement should be documented in a written contract or confirmation, including the anticipated hours per day, estimated duration, and total cost.

5. Invoicing and Payment: Invoices for standard and rushed jobs, will be submitted at the end of each billing period or at the end of the completed project (whichever comes first). Clients are required to pay invoices promptly as outlined in their agreement.

6. Exceptions: If there are unforeseen circumstances or changes in the project scope that require adjustments to the hourly rate, both the client and AtmoVantage should discuss and document any changes in the contract.

7. Reporting and Documentation: AtmoVantage will maintain detailed records of the hours worked on both standard and rushed jobs. Clients can request hourly breakdowns for transparency and verification.

8. Effectiveness: This policy, including standard and rushed jobs, is effective immediately and will be applied to all projects going forward.

9. Review and Amendments: This policy may be reviewed and amended as necessary to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions. Any updates will be communicated to all relevant parties.

By adhering to this policy, we aim to provide clear and transparent pricing for standard and rushed jobs while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
